I hired Parker Brothers to install my front door and screen door. It took 6 months from the time I hired them until the door was installed, I was happy with the install until 6 months later the screen door almost FELL OFF when I was bringing in groceries and the wind hit it. I contacted the company several times, sent photos and even a video of the extent of the detachment and they still have not come to repair it, have ignored my emails, calls, and texts, and refuse to repair. I have since contacted the BBB and another contractor who is coming to replace the defective door that this company refuses to repair.

Response from Company:

Parker Brothers Construction has a 20-year labor warranty on all products installed. Unfortunately, due to the door being left open and unattended with high winds, the door was thrown open and pulled away from the casing. The customer sent photos and video upon request and was told that it was unrelated to the installation and solely due to the door being left in the open position during high winds. Our company would have serviced the door with a small service fee, but the customer held payment in full on the storm door installation for over 5 months and refused to return phone calls, emails, and text messages until legal action was discussed.

Rob provided excellent customer service, did quality work (installed a pre-hung door and modified it to meet HVAC standard) and his pricing was reasonable. Highly recommend.

I spoke with Rob Parker to replace a storm door. He was there quickly and the new door was going to be on my property. In the meantime my partner took severely Ill and I did not think I could do it that day. I would not be able to meet him there. Rob went out of his way and picked up the door at Home Depot and installed it without even knowing me. He said do not worry you can pay me later. He sent a picture of the new door and sent me an invoice when I asked how I should pay. Such a relief. It helped me at such a difficult time. And he is extremely reasonable. Will definitely use them again if I need them. Rachel
