Khris and his son completed a full kitchen remodel for my AirBnB property in Phoenix. Khris Did a great job for us he is very capable with many projects. Itâ s a bonus that he has his 17 year old Son as a helper. I would definitely hire him again.

I hired Parker Remodeling for a new engineered hardwood floor install. Khris is a pleasure to work with! Super nice guy and very knowledgeable!! His customer service is top notch, very responsive and collaborative. He will work with you and discus every detail of the project prior to beginning. I donâ t have any major complaints. If Iâ m looking for things that others might want to take into consideration, there are a few. In no way should these things prevent you from hiring Khris cause heâ s great and Iâ m very happy with my floors. But just a couple things to keep in mind. My kitchen ended up with dust in all of the cupboards and pantry. I knew the project would be dusty but I wasnâ t informed about just how much dust would infiltrate my kitchen or I would have emptied out all my cupboards and pantry. They could have done a better job protecting these areas. They taped film but left a lot of exposed openings for dust to get through. I have horrible allergies so for me, it was a big deal. The payment schedule was not discussed or clearly displayed on the proposal upfront. It was a little unclear how much of the bid needed to be paid and when. But this wasnâ t a huge deal, Khris was pleasant and accommodating and we figured it out. My floors creak a bit but I am told this is a dry environment/ humidity issue as my install completed in late November. All manufacturers install requirements were followed so I have no reason to believe itâ s an install issue at this time. Overall, a very good experience and I will be looking to hire Khris again for future projects.!!

We hired Khris Parker Remodeling originally to install hardwood floors and help us with leveling issues before the installation. Khris has extensive background in flooring installation and did an excellent and very professional job. From there, because of the quality of his work, we talked about and ultimately did a full remodel of our downstairs, including more leveling, installation of hardwood and luxury tile, tile in kitchen and bath, cabinets, paint, and countertops. It all came out beautifully. Khris and his team have excellent attention to detail, are easy to work with, and did not disappear before the project was complete, which some contractors do. We could not be more pleased with the outcome.

Khris is super professional and is a wonderful communicator. He kept me in the loop for all aspects of our project! He responded quickly to all my questions or concerns.

Like many people i did not know all that i was gettimg into. searched around for multiple bids and have to say Khris and his team have a customer for life. everyrhimg was laid out in black in white after a few short meetings with a detailed plan of action including "what if" solutions. Khris was open and honest, his team was polite, clean, and efficient. understood abd worked within the budget as well as finishing in under the time frame required. Thank you Khris for making this easier than i ever thought. Where do I even start... what a fantastic experience our first remodel was! I contacted these guys for a full kitchen remodel, installation of bamboo flooring and painting throughout the entire house. We have all heard the nightmares about contractors and my experience with Parker Remodeling was the exact OPPOSITE. Communication was amazing, the work was meticulous and the pricing was spot on. Not to mention the fact they did all of the work within a time period that shocked myself and everyone I told! I would ABSOLUTELY use them again and I would recommend them a thousand times over!!! Excellent experience all around and I'm grateful beyond words to have found Khris and Harley!!

Started when they promised to. Finished on time, even a little early. Conscientious workers. Harley was great. Khris was very good as well. They had to sand the sub flooring. Extra charge for the work but they said they wouldn't spread a lot of dust and they didn't. They were good about getting our input on things, (we were home while the work was being done), like is it ok to put these boards together? The flooring we bought had pieces in different shades. We decided to save all the very light colored pieces and use them to trim out the study, which they did without charging extra. They did a little work on a kitchen remodeling project. Work was done well and very reasonably priced. Overall very pleased with their work. I'd hire them back again.

Good workers, courteous, informative concerning unseen situations. Price was comparative, cleaned up after themselves, quite pleased with the job.

A team of great guys out to make sure you project goes as planned. I was involved the whole time which they didn't mind. Pricing wasn't the lowest or by far not the highest. I went with them do to their responsiveness. They also clean up as they go.

Parker was willing to let me collect materials, which kept the cost down. The team did a great job installing wall and floor tile in my bathroom along with a shower. Their prices were reasonable and quality high, although they took some time to complete the work. They'll be on my short list for future projects.

The communication with the owner has been really bad. I have been trying to contact him for two weeks since the job was completed to get a refund for the extra wood flooring. The order 8 more boxes of wood than was need for the job. They said they would take it back and credit us but I have not heard back after several calls and emails. They also failed to clean up the mess they made in my driveway. Two weeks later my driveway and porch are still covered with saw dust. On the installation of the flooring the did a very good job because of two items 1) the project manager Harley was great without him I thing the job would have not been as good and 2) my wife was here most of the time and caught some items they failed to do while it was still correctable if she had not been here who knows. Harley was great though. I would work with him again if he worked for someone other than Parker Construction. I have some additional projects and will not be calling them again. Lets do a comparison. When I had my popcorn ceiling redone the contractor made sure to cover everything and sealed off the closet so their was little clean up after they job was done. Parker Construction cover nothing and did not seal off the closets so we have to clean everything even the food in the pantry. All of our clothes needed to be cleaned. We are still cleaning up dust and washing walls. we expected to do some cleaning but with a little thought on their part in would have been minimal. The last thing I will add is that many of the guys in the crew had not laid a wood floor before and we did not appreciate having a very expensive project done by novices.

We had a short lead-time problem. They responded quickly, showed up on time, were courteous, did a professional job and cleaned up after themselves. We were quite pleased with our experience with them.

The guy's doing the work were all every good and all polite. My wife and I were very happy with the job they did we will have them back.

Khris Parker (owner is real easy to communicate with. He has a team that can do almost anything and they all have been very professional; prompt, coutious and on time I am hiring them again for another project!!

We hired Parker Construction to install a tile floor in 2 of our bathrooms and make a floor repair. They were prompt in getting started on the job and did an excellent install. We could not be happier with the job they did.

Colby installed our backsplash in the kitchen. He did an outstanding job and was a pleasure to do business with.
