Anchor Point Pro LLC

We hired Anchor Point Pro in the winter of 2025 to install SummerSpace windows and a new porch door. After waiting 16 weeks for the windows, we learned they had forgotten to order the door. Our old screen door had to be reinstalled for another six weeks. When the new door finally arrived, it was measured incorrectly, leaving exposed wood at the bottom of the frame, along with scratches near the handle. We have now waited another six weeks for replacement parts, with promised dates continuing to pass. I contacted Brad Trevine directly and sent him photos of the problem but received no response to the photo. It is now fall 2026, and this project is still unfinished. I sincerely hope Anchor Point Pro will make this right so we can finally put this frustrating experience behind us.

Great communication, speedy service, looks great! I would definitely hire the again!

Yes. Extremely pleased with their service. Very timely and mindful of our budget.

Very timely on both quote and actual job. Their crew was efficient nice to work with and I would hire them for my next job. The crew went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied. Also took on a window screen fix that wasn't in the initial job.

Presley was great to work with! I had 3 windows with broken seals and talked to a few reputable window companies in the area and they all told me I would have to replace the whole window to fix it. Which was 4k! I called Presley and he was able to fix all of them for under a thousand. He saved me a ton! I can’t recommend them enough!

I needed my shower recaulked, Presley was so easy to work with on the pricing and scheduling. Rene came by the next day and did an awesome job! The shower looks brand new! Highly recommend!
