I had a good experience with the tech. I just felt that the reason I called an electrician was because I thought I had some outlets that weren't working when we found out the reason they weren't working was because the outlets weren't working because it was tripped in the circuit breaker box. Once I fixed that the outlets were working fine. So for $70 that I was charged I felt was too much when he really didn't do that much but check to see if the outlets had power running through them. Other than that he was very friendly and helpful.

"Thank you kindly for rating the electrical service provided for troubleshooting one bathroom GFCI and two standard outlets that weren't working. Upon checking the bathroom GFCI at the outlet itself with a multimeter and seeing that there was no voltage, further diagnosis of the problem(s) had to be determined to find what caused the no power issue of the GFCI. Once the tripped breaker was found with my assistance, the customer reset the breaker. I tested outlets for power to ensure no further issues existed. The cost was stated upfront and actually discounted in proportion to work performed. Cost is the value of service performed to ensure the home is."

"This installation involved installing a ceiling fan to an existing box. Due to manufacturer's specs, the existing ceiling box was replaced to one supplied by the manufacturer, which supports the weight of this ceiling fan by Code for a 19 foot high ceiling. This was not the 'typical' ceiling fan installation, as additional time was needed to also remove an existing wall switch to wire in the remote control wall switch and transmitter supplied by the manufacturer for proper operation. A discount was given even though the installation required additional work beyond the original scope of installation."

I replaced the GFCI receptacle with Parker Electrical Maintenance. Overall I was delivered a pleasant customer service. First my service was scheduled for one time - Will could not perform the service at that time. He called back to reschedule for another time within an hour. All services were performed at the second proposed time to my satisfaction.

He came and gave me a rough estimate on the work that I wanted. He emailed me a written work order. He called and went over the work order and we agreed on a price. The end of the week he came and completed the job. He was very nice and did everything that was agreed upon. I'm very happy with the work that was done.
