This guy who runs the company is a con man. He took money from Parker Vally Hope to fix a window and screen broken by a golf ball hit into my yard and never showed up for appointments, did not call, and always had an excuse for why he was not where he was supposed to be, and in general, always had some lie why the work was not being done. He never refunded Parker Valey Hope and left me holding the bag. DO NOT CALL OR USE THIS GUY, HE IS A FRAUD AND A CON MAN!

Called to get an estimate on a screen door repair and Mike was able to come right out and even better we were able to have it repaired the same day.

I called on a holiday weekend and had a response from the owner (who was out of town) within 30 minutes. They were nice to deal with and got the job done. I would definitely use them again or recommend them.

Did a great job, out screens look great. Mike has to rebuild a couple frames and they look perfect. We will have him back out to work on some windows in the future.

I ordered a window on October 17, 2019, and paid half ($144.50). There were numerous appointments made to install the window. They never showed up for appointments, never communicated that they when going to miss the appointment or reschedule. I had to arrange the rescheduled appointments. On December 18, they were scheduled to install the window, and again, missed the appointment. At that time, I texted the owner and said I had no faith that they were going to do the work, and that I wanted a refund. He agreed. As of April 3, 2020, still no refund. Do Not Do Business with this company.

Nick and Mike were professional, responded to current social distancing, and got the job done correctly and efficiently. They went out of their way to put up a tarp before it snowed-we were so appreciative!!
