Great service

No issues. P & S are our go to for years now for a/c, heating, plumbing and electrical work.

Parker and Sons did an electrical evaluation of my home at my request. I was please with their promptness and the positiveness of their report. There was no hard sell.

Horrible and incompetent technicians! This company has no integrity and are inept. I hired Parker and Sons to replace the gas line in my home as the old one underneath the home was old and caused a leak outside from normal wear and tear. Afterwards, they failed to connect my furnace and hot water heater to the new line. They had to return to complete that after the gas service was restored. After that install they failed to check their work which caused gas to fill my home; they left a gas leak at the water heater flex line connection because they only connected it and failed to tighten the line, leaving me and my home in grave danger. The Gas company was able to repair their second mistake. After all that occurred, I received a lame apology from one Manager and he offered to send a technician out to check everything but I refused as no one from Parker and Sons will ever step foot in my home ever again as I do not trust their capability and there was no process to ensure prevention of these errors in the first place.

2 Man crew, Father & son. Son did all the work. Also fond some issues that needed furher repair. Did outdoor roof crown repair as well as flat roof coating. Timely, at budget.

I called and they told me they would put me on the work in list to be serviced that same day. They did get me in and fixed my electrical problem that evening. Jedidiah was very pleasant and knowledgeable, he knew right away what the problem was. He fixed it right away and our tankless water heater and electrical plugs all were working again.

Very responsive and came out quickly. Covid conscious with masks and vaccines. Took care of our problems in a fast and professional manner. Some of the projects were fairly priced while some seemed a bit over priced.

Showed up exactly on time, diagnosed the problem with a circuit breaker panel in about 15 minutes, and fixed a number of safety issues within 1 hour. No other electrical issues since the repairs were completed. Fingers crossed ;-)

We needed a new water line from the street to the building of a commercial property. It was extremely hard to find a plumbing company that would respond to giving a quote, much less doing the job. Parker and Sons did charge a fee just to quote the job, which I have never experienced. However, their tech, Matt, did show up in a timely manner and followed through with giving the quotes and explaining them in detail. They were able to schedule us quickly and get the job done in about half a day. The nice part is they were able to use a boring machine to dig the lines which means less repairs need to be made to the parking lot. It wasn't cheap, but I do think if you are looking to have major repairs done they have the knowledge and equipment to follow through. They did a good job.

My service was so quick, professional & cleaned after himself. If only Mr. Brady Johnson could do all my home renovations that would be amazing! All the home repairs that are going on, I WISH they would be as easy and smooth as this was.

Pro was knowledgeable and courteous. Was disappointed that I called in the morning and was told they couldnâ t give me a time frame to come out. I waited all day and finally heard from them at 5 pm.
