Parker & Sons - HVAC

Work was to troubleshoot cycling of AC unit. Problem was broken sensor for auto-shutdown of unit when refrigerant temperature was too low (to prevent freezing & damage to compressor). Part was about $500 to replace. Worker showed up promptly and was very professional. Would recommend again!

Do not use this company It is a scam company!!!! We have them come out to fix our air conditioning unit they charged us $1,900 and we paid it Every month after that they charge to that same credit card $21.98 for some service that we didn't need simply because we were selling the house. Here it is 6 months later after numerous conversations Parker & sons does nothing but lie to us over $21.98 They not only lied to us they lied to the credit card company and because they didn't give us any documentation we have no way of disputing the facts.. Here are the facts If You have air conditioning issues or plumbing issues stay far away from this company after you do your part they will continue to shove bills down your throat for services they never perform...! It took three attempts to get the correct air handler and condenser installed into this 30 plus year H.U.D mobile home. I found out that there are only two to three units that'll work well for this specific mobile home. Parker and Sons was very patient and understanding. This was a very stressful time, it was August the summer of 2023. we all know to well what the summer of 2023 in Metro Phoenix Arizona did to us all.

Parker & Sons were great !! The new system was scheduled and installed within 24 hours !!! The ease of their financing terms made it a very easy decision to make. The quality of the work performed is A+++ â ¦ the technicians were professional and pleasant and answered all of my questions. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY !!!

Service was excellent. A bit expensive.

Technician Terrance Harris, was on time. My son was very impress with his knowledge with the operation of our heat pump. My Son explained to him that the A/c was running all the time. Tech Harris than check the a/c and found it was very low on Freon. He replaced the Freon and suggested on our next scheduled service, it is in a couple of weeks, I called Parker and Sons, and requested Tech Harris again.

The tech Daniel Tyus was very professional. Very happy with the service from Daniel. He was very knowledgeable and I appreciate all of his help. Thank you Daniel.

The technicians were on time. Very professional.. Very pleasant to work with. Spent 5 1/2 hours on my project... Exceptional!!! This is my 3rd service event with Parker and Sons, it won't be my last...

Great communication, and service

Great system, however the job is not finished and after 2 weeks contacting the company I have heard nothing. They did not replace the pad, had to cut holes in my wall to run new wire due to accidentally cutting one to short. Now I have 2 large holes in dry wall with blue painter tape covering. I would like that repaired but I guess I will have to do it myself. 3 trips to the house and still not done. Their follow up once they have your money says a lot about Parker and Sons. If you need a system that has great warranty and reasonable price go for it. If you do not mind your house needing repairs after they have finished that is.

They never stopped communicating, arrived on time and did exactly what I expected from them. The thermostat works great.

Technician Ruben came out and did great work, he was fast and efficient and gave a lot of honest and useful advice. Very friendly and all around a great first experience with Parker and Sonâ s. Will be using them as our primary HVAC company.

The tech came out to fix systems and give estimate, but the fix lasted 48 hours and no estimate. The install went well, but I had to have them come back for trim work, and one time they gave me a window and called 15min before the window expired to say they did not get the parts that morning and would not be coming.

Installed a Central Air Conditioning System. Excellent work. Would recommend.

The technician - Edgar - was polite and friendly. He made sure I knew about everything he was doing.

Very prompt arrived when they said they would. Got install done in timely manner and cleaned up before they left.

The Tech was here less than 10 minutes and pin pointed the problem. He was very Professional and explained the problem so I could understand. I would absoulutely recommend this company.

Prompt, knowledgeable, good pricing and excellent customer service. The installers were on time, did quality work and finished on schedule. They cleaned up after themselves and left everything as they found it.
