This is the third time I've hired Sid for a project. I really appreciate how he makes suggestions that work with my budget and my own vision of what I want done. Quality work by a good team.

Very professional and hatdworking

Communication from Sid was very good. Workers were excellent, hard working and neat. Compared to other contractors, Sid did a very good job of overseeing the job itself, and communicating potential issues and delays. Price was competitive for work that was done. We would hire Sid again.

Sid helps you make intelligent choices and doesn't try to sell you stuff you don't need. The quality and timeliness of the work was outstanding. I highly recommend.

Workers were prompt and great attention to detail. Great value for the money. Would hire them again for another project. Finished sooner than estimated. Even did some work on a Saturday.

Selected for the work, even though the bid was $900. higher than the lowest bid. Contractor was selected due to (a) prior ServiceMagic reviews posted for the Parks Construction company, and (b) up-front salesmanship by the owner/salesman, who was a very nice person (and a very experienced salesman). I feel the company owner should have more closely monitored the work done by the one individual who did almost all of the work. The work lasted 8 days longer than projected. There were 19 days available to work, from beginning to end of the project.. For 3 of the days, no one showed or worked. For the 16 days actually worked, the work hours averaged only 4 hours per day. (The individual worked longer the last 2 days of the project.)The individual doing the work could have (a) started the work earlier in the morning, and (b) worked later in the afternoon each day. The worker usually left between 1:30 and 3:00 pm most days.. The tile work in the shower (walls, ceiling, and floors) and floor outside the shower was very nicely done, but the plumbing work could have been more professional..I bought the plumbing items (shower accessories, Roman tub faucet, and commode) for installation, but the owners paperwork for each item was thrown away and not left with me.

Timely and cost effective, got all the permits and inspections. We even hired for more work.

Sid from Parks Construction is fantastic! It was my first experience with remodeling and he was very professional. He even helped me choose tile,cabinets and counters for my new kitchen and took the time to explain the differences in products to me. He was very detail oriented and made sure I was happy every step of the way. I can't praise he and his team enough. I am in love with my new kitchen and will be using Sid again soon!

Parks Construction started work promptly and kept us well informed throughout both the interior house renovation project and the exterior repair work we contracted for them to do. Their attention to detail was exceptional. They were responsive to changes, additions, and follow up items. We received an extremely fine renovation at a very fair price.
