He is very unprofessional, he doesnt show up for work when hes supposed to. He said the work would be done in 3 weeks, it has been a month and the job is not over and disappeared for 10 days. He finally came and did a little bit more of work, but he still has not finished the job. He demanded more money even though I paid him more than what was done by the job so far. He left the place a terrible mess with food, drinks and garbage all over the place. And splacke spray all over the kitchen cabinets, counters, windows and screens.

Canâ t say enough about his communication skills. Called to keep us updated on when he could come to do the job. Called when he was on the way. Polite, cleaned up after job was completed. Would highly recommend his service

Was exceptional in all aspects work, quality, pricing, timeliness, prompt and responsive, could not ask for better service.

I do not normally write a review, in fact I never have but since I spent over 5.000 dollars I will. We had purchased a home and the bathroom shower had to be replaced and the second bathroom needed a little work. I also had a window replaced. We explained our timeline and the move-in date and Mr. Parks agreed. The first day he was about 2.5 hours late which was a bad sign but did not want to start over. We purchased all of the supplies out of our pocket but had agreed to that. Once the work had begun Mr. Parks then informed us he would not work by the hour. Well I was stuck and could not just stop. He would not show up on days he was supposed to and would call and tell us he had another customer he had to get done but ensured us he would be finished before the move-in date. Mr. Parks had to be paid every day and in cash, although we had agreed to a set price, every day he would tell us how much we needed to pay him. Move-in the day and Mr parks was still working with all of the movers bringing our stuff in. We had to have all of the tile and floor replaced in the master bathroom and fix the drain. Once finished and he demanded to be paid prior to finishing and once we arrived home Mr. Parks was gone. The shower drain stuck up about 1/8 of an inch and the water would not drain all the way. We could not turn the shower knob and had to call a plumber to fix it. The screw had been stripped and the knob was locked. A little over a year later all of the grout started falling out and the grout around the drain was almost gone. Today I had another contractor come out and did an awesome job and was fairly priced. He had helpers smoking in the house prior to us moving in, the butts were left on the floor in the bathroom. Again this is my first review. A few days after I tried to call Mr. Parks and could not reach him, I left a couple of voice mails and a call was never returned. Please do not hire.

Terrible workmanship, wasted my time and money, promised to return to finish the job and never did. Owes me 500 dollars in cost to repair and finish the job he was paid to complete. Avoid at all cost. I received shameful veteran to veteran service.

Kenny and Shane Parks are very friendly and knowledgeable. Very neat and clean with painting. Both real pros.

Shane Parks estimated $1,200.00 to repair roof leaks, install some ripped screening in our lanai and fasten new vinyl gates. We had purchased the screening and gates. We ended up spending over $1,600.00 just for the roof and it still leaks. Mr. Parks said he would make sure the roof was repaired without any further costs to us. That was almost a month ago but we have not seen or heard from him since. Very disappointed.

Kept missing appointments, severely overcharged for materials, finally ended up with a different carpenter, highly satisfied with him.

Wow! I am really impressed with Mr Parks knowledge and talent. I live in a home over 100 years old and Mr Parks has taken the challenge and made it a very positive experience. Very neat work, professionally done, quality workmanship. I will continue to use Mr Parks for all of my future endeavors. The cost for Mr Parks services is within range for this area.

We meant Mr Parks. The next day he came and completed the job. It was refreshing not to be put off for a week or two to be fitted in. We are in the midst of selling our home and we had no worries about how long the job would take. He said it would take an afternoon and his promise was kept. He even helped move our furniture back and cleaned up any little messes.

I'm a picky but I'm giving them great ratings. They showed up on time, they cleaned up on time and they did some great patch work for me.
