They charged me $300 to fix an ice maker. I bought the refrigerator from someone else- so they didn't honor the factory warranty from Samsung. I'm not sure if it works as of yet.

The guy they sent was on time, polite, and honest. We thought we needed a new fridge. It just needed a good cleaning. He could have talked us into a new fridge but told us everything was good after he cleaned. Definitely using them again!!!

Hired them to fix my refrigerator originally said that I needed a pump and then a filter and then the refrigerator still didn't work. I now have to hire someone else to fix problem and am out over $200.

Called at 10:00 for my refrigerator repair. They came at 1:00, thoroughly examined my 21 year old refrigerator. The servicemen were very professional and answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. Will purchase a new refrigerator from this company.

Installed an Over The Stove Microwave/convection oven. Did a good job. They had accidentally disconnected the stove pig-tail. Came back right away and fixed it. They do good work
