I was left feeling like the bad guy when I questioned things about the 2 gallons of water I vacuumed out the intake closet that damaged my wall in less than 24 hours of their coil repair. I was told it was my fault as I did not check my home inspection sheet. I asked questions regarding why I wasn't told out of due diligence that my drip pan was not installed correctly to catch the water that was not draining through the drain line. I was told they did not need to go to the back of the unit. I asked about a checklist after a repair to make sure things drain well after a coil repair. I was told one did not exist. Finally, I was told that they no longer wanted to be our service crew because of my attitude. I was hurt beyond words. No accountability. Everything, according to the owner, was the fault of the original installers, or mine. See my full review on google.

You know I really held off writing this review because I didnâ t want to. I was hoping they would do the right thing and I would not have to do this because I hate doing this. We had used Parrians in the past and they had done a wonderful job with service, so we choose them to replace our whole unit when the time came. Not only have they had to come out 3 times since installing the new unit. One of times was because the AC work upstairs was done horribly, where the unit busted open like a can of biscuits not even two months in and then the guy had the nerve to blame it on the other guy he was with when he installed it that day. Ok so you donâ t check your work? So I asked for someone Senior to come out and check the work that was done to ensure this doesnâ t keep happening and someone came and they were here for 2 mins, so I can sleep well knowing nothing was truly checked. I had also asked them to raise the ducts as our inspector had told us having them lay on the attic floor was not up to code, so I knew when I got a new system I wanted this done. They said they could do it and it was included. I even asked again when they were here installing it and was told yes mam we will come back and raise them in the winter but itâ s too hot right now. Now we are told that it was NEVER included after we asked at least 3x times, 2x to the sales guy and then again to the guys installing we were assured this was apart of the deal. Iâ m honestly just so disappointed and disgusted that we were lied to like this and will be crying all night so thanks. Guess lesson learned but I wonâ t be using them or recommending them ever again. Real shame. Now I have to find another ac company to come check their work and hang the ducts. Gotta love it.

Nice guys with law enforcement and military backgrounds. They work well with dogs, young big dogs, in the house, which for me was a relief. Appreciated their follow-up after the project was over to tying down all wires and closing up all holes created by installation of a different size heating unit in a mobile home. BTW the house is in a flood zone and is up on peers which they were well equipped to navigate. Special thanks to Nick for going the extra mile.

Called these guys because our heater went out on our 3 year old furnace and the company that installed wouldn't answer or return my calls. They showed up within a few hours, immediately diagnosed the problem and had it fixed in no time at all. On top of that, the fee was minimal. Highly recommend James and Nick for all of your A/C and furnace needs.
