They came over, used their tools, cleaned the dryer vent that extends the entire width of the garage. It worked. Dryer works great now.

Cardarius Parrott is hands down one of the nicest human beings you will ever meet. He has many years of experience! He came to our home within hours of responding to our request on Home Advisor, determined he could complete our project, and scheduled it within a few days with a helper. They worked for 4 hrs to remove a broken appliance ( a downdraft vent system ), install the new one, & test & modify things slightly until everything was working perfectly. He cleaned up the workspace & neatly stacked all boxing & materials to be discarded in our garage area. He & his assistant were friendly, hard working, personable & courteous gentlemen & a delight to have in our home. The installation fee was very reasonable. The project was not an easy one! We would recommend this individual to anyone and we will be calling him for future needs should they arise.

Cardarius responded quickly to my job and was willing to work it into his already busy schedule. He and his helper were friendly, professional and went the extra mile to complete the job. I would highly recommend him. He made a stressful situation less so with his positive attitude. In my experience (even prior to Covid), service contractors may or may not show up and may or may not complete the job as requested. Cardarius shows up and completes the job. I will recommend him to all my friends and family.

Parrot's was on time and got right to work. They worked around our busy house (including our dog). They were quiet, clean, and wore their masks the entire time. They went above and beyond to make sure they did a thorough cleaning. My time and money was well spent deciding to use Parrot's H&A. I will definitely recommend them and call them first before I call anyone else. I am having them back for more maintenance soon. They quickly got me on the schedule first available due to my fire hazard. Parrot's went the extra steps to make certain my family and home is safe and functioning properly. Great customer service. Great communication regarding appointment reminders ASD well as on-site arrival. Addressed our dryer vent cleaning needs which required a 24 ft ladder for the exit vent. They even cleaned up afterwards. Hired them for an additional service in the spot.

When my system went out, I had two estimates telling me I needed a completely new system. When I got in touch with Cardarius, he was able fix the existing system and its been working ever since.
