PARS Construction Services did an amazing job in remodeling our kitchen and repainting our main living space! From the time Michael came over to assess the project until its completion, he was professional and straight-forward in our conversations, very helpful and knowledgeable with design planning, considerate and respectful of our opinions, and did everything at a reasonable cost considering the excellent workmanship. Lines of communication were always open and he always responds in a timely manner. Michael has a great working crew and he held them all at high standards. They were respectful and always leave the work space at the end of the day clean and in order. Overall, we are very pleased with the outstanding quality of work, the professionalism, integrity and transparency he showed all throughout, the timeliness of project completion and the reasonable cost he has offered. The kitchen remodel is beautiful. Mike completed the project on schedule. My friends are amazed at both the work and the timely completion. He always kept us informed and returned calls immediately. Armando's work was precise and every evening left the kitchen swept and tidy. I highly recommend using PAR Construction. Mike's helpful advise on design and purchases made everything work.

Anyone who has tried to find a contractor knows the usual experience. You call around, leave messages, and hope that someone gets back to you. If you're lucky enough to get a return call you then have to determine if they are any good, and in many cases they aren't. We were fortunate to find Mike. Having dealt with numerous contractors over the years for various things around the house I can say without a doubt that Mike is an exception to all of them, and I can't say enough about him and his crew. Starting with the professionalism and courtesy towards people. Mike returns calls immediately, is up front about what you can expect from him, and most importantly he does what he says he is going to do. Whether that's making a commitment to meet with you, get work done, or follow through on something you've asked for. You will not find anyone who does this better than Mike does. Then there is the actual work. Mike and his crew were responsible for everything from work outside the house for landscaping, to plumbing, to painting, to flooring, to concrete work outside the house, to electrical, to remodeling. You name it, he and his team can do it. Mike's attention to detail is the highest I've experienced and he treated our house and the work being done as if it was his own. He respected our opinions, guided us when we were off base about things, but ultimately made us feel like every decision was ours and he made sure the results were of the highest quality. He routinely saved us money when it came to supplies and materials, and he ensured that the final work was always to his very high standards. What can you expect from Mike? Honestly, integrity, commitment, quality, and professionalism that is unmatched. I can't imagine a scenario where anyone would be unhappy with the experience they have with Mike and his team. If you need work done, do not hesitate to have Mike take care of it for you.

Mike and his crew performed excellent work on a short timeline. They remodeled 2 bathrooms, replaced carpet with flooring, and painted. They met the challenge of the constricted time and with quality, Already am lining up work for next year!!!

This company was excellent to work with and prompt with any concerns we had. The contractor (Mike) did an outstanding job getting the exact window I wanted which was perfect with the raised ceiling and is one of the focal points in the kitchen. Cabinets, countertop and lighting exceeded my expectations. The craftsmanship was excellent and it has been a delight to show off the kitchen to friends and family. A job well done and I plan to use PARS Construction in the future.

Mike is incredible and you will be lucky to hire him to do your remodel. I had my entire home remodeled and he worked tirelessly and within my budget to get it done on time without any surprises (new wood floors, 2 bathroom remodels, a new bathroom built and plumbed, wood panel ceiling installation, electrical outlets rewired and replaced, new fireplace constructed, kitchen remodel, floor and foundation leveling, paint entire interior). His craftsmanship and work ethic is unmatched. By the end of the project you will never need to get another quote for work. I already hired him to build another bonus room and plan next summer to have him update my roof. Having dealt with contractors for 20 years myself I know the importance of finding someone you can trust to do work in your home and he is the best. If you are lucky enough to fit on his schedule hire him immediately!!

From the first time I met with Mike to discuss my project he was very professional and his quote was reasonable. We lived in a new build and were unhappy with the fireplace area. Mike provided some great ideas and suggestions that we incorporated into the project. The final result is absolutely stunning! My husband and I could not be more pleased with how it turned out. Mike and Armando did an amazing job. The attention to detail is amazing and they left our home spotless after they were done. I would highly recommend Mike and his team for any home remodel project you may have.

Michael comes and is very personable. Comes to work and not chat. Works a full workday with a lunch and most days works into the evening. Did my bathroom remodel in FOUR DAYS!!! Complete gut and remodel. Looks amazing. Have him scheduled to do my second bathroom in a few days.

Mike, Jose and their teams they bring in are great to work with. We had a lot of questions, pictures and ideas. Mike was careful to listen to what we wanted for our bathroom remodel; he asked several questions to be clear and then delivered exactly what we envisioned. There were not any surprise additional charges, the only overage costs were due to us asking for changes along the way. We will definitely reach out to Mike for any future home improvement projects.

He's really personable and I would definitely use him again.
