These guys are crooks. On day one their technician came out and I did not have the roof access code available. He said this was ok and left. On day two a different technician came out and discovered the problem was a broken belt in the air handler (in about .5 house). He said the total cost would be $95 plus the cost of the belt. He did not have it on hand and said he retunr thefollowing day. On day thre three he returned an installed the belt in 10 minutes. Then he told me that the owner wanted to charge us for 3 service calls - $285. I tried to call the owner to dicuss and he was extroadinaly rude and dismissive. Bait and switch!
