Crew was quick, professional and courteous. Pleased with install and company. Bill Parson was very polite and professional when he came out for the estimate. Wife says she already notices the difference in how the house feels.

Friendly and did everything they said they were going to do

We did a comparison of two insulation companies and Parsons won. They were great to talk with, thorough in explaining the work they were going to do and fairly priced. The crew came to do the work today on time. They were friendly and courteous. They were clean and concerned for our home to make sure they left it as they found it. We had the foam insulation put in outside and they put insulation in attic. Both were done without a mess and the work was done as expected. I would definitely hire them in the future and recommend their company!

Bill came and explained the service and the products they would use for the installation and arrived at a cost we thought was reasonable. Both Bill and the guys who performed the installation were courteous and professional. The work went smoothly and it didn't take long to begin noticing the difference it was making. Our house is more comfortable now than it has been in years. I would recommend Parsons to anyone.

Courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Also put a radiant heat barrier in our attic as opposed to spray insulation. Most do not offer this alternative which is green and more effective. Would definitely recommend.

They are a top notch group! You can tell by the pride they take in their work. Very nice, professional and accommodating. I even found a few areas I wanted a better coverage and they came back and look and inspected the whole job and redid areas THEY were not happy with. That’s how you tell you have a good company. It was their standards they worked towards. I would hire again anytime and not even consider another company!!

The three gentlemen that where here and did the job was pleasant, easy to talk to, and very professional.

Guys were on time and got the project started. The only issue I had was that the job called for 12 bacs of insulation and they only used 7. I asked them to come back the following day and put the rest in. They ended up using 10 bags. A little less than 12 but better than 7. They were very professional and willing to go the extra mile.

WOW, what a great decision we made selecting Parson's Construction. Not only did they provide a great quote, but the Professionalism of the team doing the work was perfect. Joe, Dan and Robin were kind, meticulous in prepping the home to reduce making a mess, payed attention to detail of the work, explained every step of the process. When complete, they showed videos of the work done in the attic and asked if they need to do anything else to helps us prep to getting back to normal. Clean up was great, and you simply cannot even tell they were here. Highly recommend Parson's Construction and would hire them again in the future. Thank you so much, we are extremely happy! The customer service and estimate provided were very friendly without being pushy. The estimate was below what I had received from other companies. The insulation crew communicated well with each other and with me throughout the job. They were very thorough with clean up and made sure I didn't have any questions before leaving. Great experience and would highly recommend!

From beginning to end we were very impressed with the Parsons group.. from the telephone customer service through to the final clean up after installation. Joe and Dan communicated throughout the job and checked in with us often throughout the project. They were very professional and friendly, and meticulous with the clean up.

The crew was friendly and amazing. I won't know the quality of work until the weather changes and I get my 1st energy bill. I believe the price of the work was reasonable, a little higher than I would have liked to pay but hopefully worth it. Definitely will hire again!

MY INSULATION INSTALL GUYS WERE GREAT. CLEANED UP AS THEY WORKED AND AT THE END OF EACH DAY. THEY WERE PROMPT AT 8 AM. OVERALL REALLY GOOD EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY.

The crew was on time, professional and worked hard. They did an outstanding job of painting my house. It looks better than it did when I bought it 30 years ago.

Tex-Cote is a coolwall system of paint-like materials that was used to paint the exterior of my home. A product that is similar to RhinoShield. I got quotes for both products and selected Parsons to use Tex-Cote materials to paint my house. The cost was about 10 percent less than RhinoShield, but the warranty is lifetime with Parsons, and the ability to pressure wash the home when it gets dirty sold me on this product, which was not suggested with RhinoShield. The paint-like materials do not fade (RhinoShield will fade two-shades over 25 years). Look at Lowes and IKEA commercial buildings -- they were painted with Tex-Cote products. The product covers metal, wood and stucco with great beauty, leaving the texture alone as-is. Recommend getting color swatches from Parsons and take to a local paint store to match and try small areas on home to see if you like the colors (in shade and sunlight). We did so and chose colors (up to three) that perfectly satisfied us! Definitely would select Parsons again and recommend their Tex-Cote products used to paint the exterior of a home. We had RainShield sprayed on our stone-work (walls and chimney). A total of five workers painted and rain shielded our home. The crew were courteous and professional -- no damage to landscaping or home.

On 11/01/18 we made a down payment to have Tex-Cote applied to our laundry room floor. I heard nothing for a couple of weeks. When I called I was told that the salesman had not turned the order in. This should have been a clue about the company. They did schedule the work to be done on 12/11/18. The young men who came and applied the coating were courteous and pleasant and we were pleased with the floor at the time. About 4-5 months later the coating started to chip around the floor drain. I called Parsons and spoke to Gail who assured me that someone would be out to look at the floor. It took many calls and much time passed before someone came out. He agreed that there was a problem and they would try to figure a way to fix it. He left and we did not hear any more. I called and called and was told that they did not have anyone who could do the work. I have continued to call and Gail keeps telling me that they are going to make it right but that the owner( Mr. Parsons I assume) said there is not anything they can do about it right now. I have also been told that they do not know if they can get any more of the product they used. This has been going on for over a year now. We are getting ready to put our house on the market and I told Gail that we are anxious to get this taken care of. I believe they feel that once we sell our house it will not be their problem any longer. This was not a big job nor was it cheap. Why has it been over a year and nothing has been done? I would caution anyone to think twice about engaging this company to do any work for them.
