About us
At Parsons Home and Property, I pride myself on my professionalism, as well as my ability to complete each project to the homeowner's complete satisfaction. I do landscaping, Hardscaping, artificial turf install, irrigation repair and install, retaining walls, paver patios and walkways, stump removal, grading and excavating, and pergolas in Colorado Springs and the surrounding areas. If you can't find a contractor to do what you're looking for, I am happy to come and give my opinion and an estimate. I do free estimates, but i do ask that you respect my time. I will not return for a no show at a scheduled appointment. I can also do a 3d image of your yard in very specific detail.

I would like to thank Nick and Conner for the professional job they performed by installing 118 ft of new fence at my home. Nick is professional, courteous and trustworthy. He made the time to come to my property, explained all the issues he identified and fixed them immediately. Got my sprinkler system working in short order. Absolutely recommend him for your landscaping needs!

Had Nick come out to give an estimate on what it would take to repair my sprinkler system. The original system was installed by a do it yourselfer and honestly wasn t done very well. Nick walked through each zone and examined every head. He advised me on which ones he thought had to be replaced, may want to replace, and were good. And he did not pressure me to decide which ones to do. He did the job quickly, effectively, and Without surprises. He kept me in the loop the whole time when he found an additional sprinkler head that was buried in the yard and leaking and fixed that too. Fantastic work. On a side note: he was very personable and considerate as well. When I told him that my daughter naps between certain times and my dogs will go bonkers if he rings the door bell, he was extremely considerate about making sure he didn t wake her up or bother the dogs. I really appreciated that.

I hired Nick Parson's to troubleshoot my sprinkler system in our second home. I live out of town and Nick was able to get my sprinklers running after a system failure. Nick is courteous and was very easy to contact along the way. I highly recommend his business!

I hired Nick to fix my sprinkler system and trim/remove some Aspens. He was outstanding! He fixed 6 sprinkler heads and removed several trees that had been downed by the recent snowstorm. I then had one sprinkler zone that just wasn't working right. He came back 3 times to get the system working right...all at no cost! I highly recommend Parsons for any sprinkler system issues, tree trimming/removal, or any other general outdoor issue. Nick is just great!
