"Hank" as the owner introduced himself, was polite and friendly, as were his personnel who included some disabled vets. He actually operates a locksmith business with a handyman service on the side to help the vets get jobs. So, compliments to Hank for helping these vets. But a substantial sized painting job like this was out of the range of his and their experience. Consequently, the quality was not good due to their inexperience with this size and type of task and the schedule Hank estimated was not reliable due to his inexperience with this type of job. Estimated 3-4 days: actual was 9 days. Some days the personnel worked only 4 hours. Arrived without proper tools or equipment, lacking even sufficient dropcloths to cover the kitchen cabinets and floors causing paint splatter on cabinets and hardwood floors. Lacking in experience-did not fully remove wallpaper before starting to paint, painted walls before trim, used masking tape instead of painter tape causing damage to the finish of a ceiling fan and the previously applied paint, could not cut in walls, had to do several tasks over again due to mistakes, and incorrect order of tasks being done. They were quite willing to fix the mistakes, but this just added to the tie required. If you have the time and inclination to supervise the personnel, manage the tasks and have a flexible schedule, then this team will work hard, be attentive and polite to your direction and give you a good price. But, if not, you would want to get someone more experienced.

Hank is the best! Great response time and comes as soon as you need him. Highly recommend.
