Came with no mask Left the mirrors streaked Had a friend waiting in the car I told her I wanted the bathroom deep cleaned She was done I less than a half an hour.

The team was personable and energetic but the results were disappointing; when cleaning the refrigerator. In a newly remodeled home, 2 pieces of ceramic tile were knocked off and broken and the couple denied responsibility though they were the only ones present. I asked them to clean and vac. the entire house, but one bedroom was not vacuumed and they needed to return. When my own oven was cleaned, it appeared to be such a hasty job it was only partially cleaned. The cleaning price was a good value but I prefer a more thorough job with attention to detail and when I said this, Dannilee made excuses and became defensive.

I tell all my clients if you find or see something you don't like I will come back and fix it. I changed my whole schedule around for you. You and your boyfriend were very rude and you can't keep talking to someone like you were. I have never broken anything. I would have said something. I already made the decision I was not going to return. You have a great day"

Dannilee took time to visit on the phone and came in person to visit my house prior to starting any work to see what was all involved. I appreciated her energetic personality and explanation of what her cleaning style was like. She worked with us for a day and time that would work for me. Dannilee did a great job cleaning, the house smelled amazing when I got home after work. She as focused on providing great dusting and cleaning of the floors and carpets. She's verbalized that she would come back and fix anything that was not up to my standards. Looking forward to her bi-weekly visits to help us keep our house clean. Thank you Dannilee, I recommend her for your housekeeping/cleaning needs.
