Partridge Appraisal Service is a real-estate appraisal business based in East North Carolina. Our experience in appraising properties began in 1986. We feel it is important in every way to help ensure the appraisal experience is positive for our clients. We accomplished this through our commitment to quality appraisals delivered in a timely and professional manner. For homeowners, we provide appraisal reports for single family properties, condominium units, vacant land and multi-family property.
