Ron, the owner, showed up on time and confirmed the problem with the washer and quickly found the problem with the dryer. This required a second appointment as he didn't have parts for these machines. Ron made the second appointment by himself as we live out of town. Repairs were done well.

Kelley? A tech came out after giving us a warning call that he was on the way. He listened to my wife explain what troubleshooting I had already done and went straight to the motor. A tech that listens and adopts a strategy like that is a rare find. Thanks to this, he very quickly found a piece of metal in the motor was the culprit and fixed it. I called my wife after getting his voicemail that he was on his way, but from that time until resolution was about 15 minutes. No cons to this review at all.

Ron is the owner of this company and he is the one who came out. Before he came we talked on the phone. He told me what he thought was the problem with my KitchenAid oven and he said he would bring the part he thought it would need. He gave me the complete cost of the labor, part, and tax. He said if it was not what he thought it would be, he would take back the part and not charge me. He came out, did the work which did not take long, and his final charge was exactly what he had quoted over the phone. He was clean, personable, and told me exactly what was being done. I paid him with a card and he sent me an invoice marked paid via email from his phone. He also showed me how to correct problems with my refrigerator and dishwasher. His company handles all appliances of any brand, not just KitchenAid.
