Dave came out at the agreed-upon time to look at my broken clothes washer. His verdict was that it would cost more to repair than it would to replace it.
To my surprise, he did not charge me for this diagnosis, saying he didn’t want to charge me when he didn’t help me. What a surprise! I would definitely use this service again when I need an appliance repair.

Appliance (Smaller Size) Installation and Replacement
Dave was very thorough and professional. We had two new appliances that needed I stall, a microwave and a dishwasher. Even though I purchased them in my own, he went over all the manufacturer paperwork and warranties. He cleaned up after himself, ( which rarely happens) and left no mess. Not in a hurry and took his time. I would use his company again in the future.
