Gary answered my request within the hour of the posting. After he inspected my shutters, he gave me a competitive price. He showed up the next week as promised and completed the maintenance. I needed a few spare parts, however, he included them in his price. He volunteered and promised if when a storm approached if I needed assistance he would come to the house to help. As I age, it becomes more dangerous to climb ladders. Knowing you have someone to help releases the stress. I will hire Gary once a year to maintain my shutters.

These guys are the real deal. It took a while to find somebody willing to repair my current hurricane shutters, and they made it worth the wait. They went above and beyond what the job originally entailed and never once did they bat an eye about it. Extremely knowledgeable and willing to explain what was needed and why. It felt like they actually cared about what they were doing, which seems to be pretty rare nowadays. Would highly recommend them for any of their offered services.
