I hired Pashmina Too, Inc to power wash the exterior of my home, second story deck, and pad under the deck. After a very wet winter and spring, both were in dire need of cleaning. Todd came out and did a fantastic job! He was friendly, courteous and professional. My home exterior was sparkling when he finished, and the deck and pad completely free of mildew. He accomplished in a few hours what would have taken us days to do ourselves. I can recommend PashminaToo with no reservations and would definitely use them again.

"Richard, I'm sorry that your first carpet cleaning experience wasn't a pleasant one. I know that some of the stains were on your carpet for awhile. Even though we used a scrubber after we pre-sprayed twice, some stains just wouldn't come out. However, I did post the before and after pictures on my profile page just in case you forgot what your carpets looked like before we arrived.. I also would have appreciated the courtesy of a phone call to let me know how unsatisfied you were with our services."

Did a great job! One of my down spouts was barely hanging on and Todd removed it to protect it from flying off. The next day, unexpectedly, Todd stopped on by and gave me several replacement down spout hangers (very high quality!) and screws to secure the down spout. And he reiterated that I should call him after I secured the down spout and he would come back and complete power washing the downspout. Todd was very friendly, courteous, and professional too!

They did not cover my plants when they power washed my home and they used chemicals instead of just water and they did not cover my plants or grass so they killed those plants. I then tried to contact them and they ignored my calls and never got back with me after I left a voice message.
