Reviews
Write a ReviewQuick response and review of our project and recommended options that will be pursued. Mark, the owner, was on time and did a though review and inspection. If the HOA needs further help they will be the first we call. The office staff was very professional and understood the business. Thanks
Hired them in august of 2016 for a straight forward kitchen remodel job. They just couldn't get it done! Very disappointed with their lack of professionalism. However their response will more than likely be misleading!
Very responsive to the issues building dept. had. received changes in a timely manor.
Pasquini created plans for an internal wall removal in my house. I gave them a deposit, and then paid the balance when the plans were submitted to the county. But the county did not approve them. Nor did they on the second or third submittals. Finally, after about a year from when we started the process when I demanded my money back, they produced plans that were approved and my project was finally completed. I think the plans could have been approved on the first try, had they paid more attention to the details. I think they know Engineering, but I question their business practices. I don't feel I can trust them to follow thru.
Client got fully approved plans and permit. We would gladly provide a full explanation of our work for this project
They started off great, fast and professional. We had them create blue print plans from my design. I had to pay their full bill before they released final plans which was fine of course. However, my contractor and I ran into a problem on part of their design and engineering and that's when the service went to crap. The contractor and I have been trying to resolve the issue for more than two weeks little success, in fact just the runaround. The Engineer tells us he needs to talk to the architect; the architect says he'll talk to the engineer and nothing happens. That's gone on for two whole weeks. My project is a dead standstill for two weeks which is not acceptable. That's also screwed up the schedules of the contractor and their sub-contractors Therefore what would a bit of five star rating for these guys turned into a 1 to 2. I was very happy with the beginning of the process but once you pay them you can forget about any additional service if you have questions. On the plus side, they seem like nice people to work with, the plans were put together well, and their prices seemed reasonable. As noted above, their follow up service is completely lacking. I would gladly paid another designer more to get complete service that didn't leave me hanging for weeks on end. Today starts week 3 with no resolution.
Fast response, fair price and gave me options on how to complete my project. Also informed me of the correct way to permit a space for occupancy which saved me a great deal of time.
Mine being a small job I was pleasantly surprised when my first meeting was with Mark Pasquini, owner of the company. He was great and I felt good about his company. Mark assigned my plans to Ashley Hotchkiss who took me through the whole project. I was kept up to date on everything and my questions were answered quickly. I would recommend giving Pasquini Engineering a call whether your project is big or small. Thanks to all.
We are only midstream in this project. Great in keeping in contact, quick responses to questions. I will update my evaluation when we are finished.
Thanks Jackie at Service Magic for helping me find my profile when we began this saga 29 Jun 12. So far so good. interesting experience and going forward. Likable folks and serious to the very complex task. Beautiful drawings, letters and consult service. Hope his arguments on my behalf are acceptable to a very difficult RMA. In any case, best efforts and hopefully more to come. He even got a referral from a previous civ eng I hired 20 years ago, I have referred him to neighbor with similar tasks. Thanks Marc and Melissa!
Down to earth people up front and helpful u leave with a smile that's what life is about
