I discovered a mouse in our kitchen on Friday morning. I called same day and Erik from Pasternack Pest Management came out on a Friday night (the Friday after Thanksgiving, mind you). Erik was extremely thorough at going through the house to identify the source of the problem. Ultimately, he found the source and dealt with it accordingly using a variety of methods. No sign of our mouse guest since. Pricing was in line with competition, but unlike the competition Pasternack did not require me to sign a 6 or 12 month contract.
