"Thank you Triet. It was a pleasure working with you as well."
"We have no knowledge of denting your window frame Bryan, so we can't be dishonest or deceitful if we don't even find out about it until 2.5 weeks after we finished. Regardless of how the window got dented, we went ahead and arranged for a repair within 2 hours of your phone call. After being in business for over 45 years, we know that it is just not worth the argument for such a small repair. We would have no way to prove that any of the other multiple trades that have been at your project did it, or that we didn't do it by accident. We felt that we stepped up and really took care of you. Sorry that you feel differently. On the up side, you had indicated that you really liked the quality of our work, and we thought you seemed appreciative that we worked you into our schedule sooner rather than later to accommodate your timeline. Either way, we appreciated your business and glad that your window is repaired. Good luck with the rest of your project."
"Thank you Brian. We really appreciate your comments. You were great to work with as well. Happy Holidays!"
"This review is very upsetting for us and our entire crew. We had no idea that this customer was so unhappy with the stone that they picked out or the installation and customer service with this project. Nothing was said to us during the several day installation process with regard to not liking what they picked out for the product, or the way it was being installed. We did everything that was in our contract. The huge mess is a pile of demo'd siding that we were asked to leave on site, even though we offered to haul it all away and dispose of it. It also was in the contract per the owner's request. We even went above and beyond and paid for expensive accessories and installed them at no charge to the owner, even though they were not requested initially and not in the contract. We were also very good about a timely estimate and helping this customer stay within budget and even rearranged our schedule to accommodate the projects tight timeline. The house looks amazing, and brochure worthy. Hopefully, once the siding and roofing contractors complete their projects, it will all come together for this owner. We have reached out to this owner for more feedback, but cannot get a response."
