My A/C decided to die on me on one of the hottest days. I called a view other services and left a voicemail with Pat Juett. I received a phone call back from them within an hour. They promised someone would come out in 45 min. The guy that came did his work fast and was friendly. My A/C worked that day. The only reason why I gave them 4 out of 5 stars, was because the service call itself was quite pricy( $115) in comparison with other services. But other than that, I would absolutely recommend this service to everyone( skip Fayette Heating and Air).
