Pat’s sealcoating

He came within hours of our conversation. Cleaned and sealed our area. When he was done it was determined we needed another coat. That would cost us more. We agreed. When he left he said we had a warranty for a year and he would check on it in the spring. If we needed an additional spray it would be at no charge. We did call him back and he came right away. At this point we still have several areas that are not completely sealed. In all fairness our asphalt had never been sealed and is 5 years old. It's condition is very dry and should of been done much sooner. Pat is coming back to respray the entire area. We are very pleased with him standing by his word. He is respectful and true to his promise.

I had Mr. Ohara repair cracks and holes as well as Seal Coat my driveway. I would highly recommend them for any Seal Coating jobs that you might have. He quoted me a fair price, showed up when he said he was going to be at my house, and got the job done exactly the way he said would do it, with no problems. By far, THE BEST Seal Coating job I've ever had on my driveway! I will definitely have Mr. Ohara back again and I'd recommend him to anyone!

They were awesome, showed up to give an estimate but were ready to work! Our house is new construction and they were very careful not to get the coating on anything but the driveway! Numerous times they told me if I have any problems in the next 3 yrs, just call them! Now, I have the best looking driveway in my plan, and my neighbor did his at the same time and said he should have just paid them! Beautiful work, great people, and love the attention to detail!!! Definitely hire them!

I wasn't home to meet Pat and his wife but my wife absolutely loved them. They are good folks. They came when they said they would and did an excellent job. We highly recommend them and will surely call them when we need the driveway sealed again. They get an A+.

Very nice easy to deal with they edged filled cracks and sealed my driveway very happy with their work

I had requested an estimate and part called me right back and change after I was done with work. He said he had enough sealant to do my driveway that day, so I had him get right to work. He didn't do much edging around the driveway but cleaned it fairly well with a pretty powerful blower. He finished much quicker than I expected. He also said he stands by his work and if I notice any thin spots he will swing by and fix it, and also gave me a warranty on the work. I'll probably use him again but may edge the driveway myself before I have him seal.

This is the first contractor in 15 years that listened to my requirements and concerns and went out of their way to meet them at no additional cost. They were also very meticulous to ensure the job was done right. They were also very prompt and ready to complete the work in short notice. Pat called me the day that I posted the request on HomeAdvisor, came out to look at my driveway the next day, and did the work that same day! He was wonderful to deal with, the price was good, and the finished product looks great. I definitely recommend that anyone who needs their driveway sealed give him a call.

Pat was not only friendly but he was also prompt, efficient, and professional. He used professional equipment and 14 years of experience to fill in cracks, widen the entrance, and create a distinct border on our 12-year-old asphalt driveway. He double coated highly traveled areas and even returned the same afternoon to offer to use up some remaining sealer on some of the weaker spots in the driveway. And he did this in 1 day! I could't be any happier! And now my driveway resembles a parking lot.
