Patch It Up of Saginaw

Louis did a great job!

The team demonstrated great customer service and support throughout the process. They responded to my concerns about the drywall issue and provided a solution to fix it immediately. Once they improve their drywall installation skills they’ll be top tier, keep learning and growing!

We are very disappointed & extremely dissatisfied with the work we had done by Patch It Up of Saginaw. They quoted us a price to redo some ceilings in our home & came out to do the work. When they completed the work (supposedly) we could see that the work was not done by professionals. The cracks they attempted to repair were more obvious than before the work was done. We needed work done in several rooms & none of the repairs were good but the work in our living room was what we were the most unhappy with. We called back & asked them to come out & inspect the work & determine if this was the best they could do. The owner came out & promised they could get it right. They rescheduled to come back out & spent 2 days reworking the living room which was the worst of the rooms. They finished the work a second time & left before the paint was even dry. Of course, they did not come back to reinspect the work & when the paint dried it looked even worse than the first repair. Also, they left overspray everywhere in our living room. It was on the red brick fireplace, the walls, trim, painting on the walls, windows & concrete floor. Luckily, they did cover most of the furniture & some of the floor but the tape they did use on the concrete under the work area pulled up the concrete stain. We have never experienced such poor workmanship & apparently they are not interested in satisfied customers since we had to contact them several times the first time they did a bad job to get acknowledgement & no one has inquired about the redo to see if the job was satisfactory this time. It absolutely was not satisfactory but the bill has been paid so now we have to find another company to repair what this company messed up.

Luis was AMAZING! I'm blown away by the restore he did to my 1970 build's ceiling! You couldn't even tell he was here aside from the fact there is no longer a crack above us 🙂‍↕️. 10/10 would recommend to anyone! Thank you again!!!

Louis came out and did some measurements and had a quote ready in a few minutes, before he left our house!

Great job by Louis and Reggie in being attentive, professional, and cost effective, by completing the project in a timely but awesome manner. Will definitely be using them in my next project. Awesome!!!!!

It was ok. There was good effort put in but not very professional. The guy that came was unprepared. He had to borrow my ladder to get the job done. I asked if he would clean up his mess afterwards and he said he would but didn?t. I had them do texture and there was overspray everywhere. The floor, the doors, the ceiling. I spend a good 20-30 minutes cleaning up the overspray. Use at your own risk, not my top selection.

Great job! They came out within an hour of posting needing help and finished quickly! Highly recommend!

Brent did an excellent job fixing the water damage below my skylight. He arrived promptly and worked diligently until the job was finished. This was not as easy a job as it may seem. The damage was in an enclosed space below the skylight. It was like working in a sauna for him and he must have lost 5lbs from the heat. Thanks Brent.

Great job! Hard workers and good quality!

I bought a new build which had settlement cracks within the first year. I was able to schedule an appointment and get it fixed quickly!

Their team did a fantastic job and completed on time.
