I had a great experience with PatchMaster. Joe and Harry were both professional, courteous, and very skilled at what they do. They showed up on time, explained the work clearly, and made sure everything was done properly. The repair work came out excellent and looks seamless. They also took the time to clean up the area when they finished, which I really appreciated. It’s clear they care about the quality of their work and customer satisfaction. We recently had the pleasure of working with Joe & his crew. After an initial consultation and walk through, we contracted to have Joe do repairs (both large & small) in just about every room of our home - a 6 day project. Each morning began with a quick review of what would be done, and ended with a quick walk through of the days work to ensure we were satisfied, answer our questions and plan the next day's work. His crew showed up on time each day and worked with minimal disruption (we both work from home). They were courteous and respectful of our time, our home and furnishings. Joe and his crew did a great job for us under difficult conditions. We would not hesitate to invite him back into our home again should the need arise. RM
