Patch Perfect Drywall and Repair

After a very satisfactory review for a wall repair (see separate entry), I asked Brad to assess and scope the renovating of all of the ceilings (remove "popcorn", patch/skim as necessary, and paint) on the main floor of my ranch home over 3000 sf. He gave me a verbal quote, requiring progressive payments, which was fine with me. In spite of conscientiously protecting newly installed floors and existing furniture, Patch "Imperfect" only completed three of nine rooms, and only one of which was completed satisfactorily, with a promise to "make the other two right". In the middle of working on the fourth room, he packed up his equipment and disappeared. All-in, I had paid this service in full for the first three rooms and prepaid him several hundred dollars toward the fourth room (as he did not have means to purchase materials, which he bought only on an as needed basis a chronic issue). For over a week after their skulking exit for no apparent reason and for no explanation; I tried to reach Brad by phone, text, and e-mail. No response. My advice: I would not let this firm patch a nail hole in my house very sketchy business and very unprofessional practices.

They came in thirty minutes after my initial call and repaired the ceiling after water damage in a couple of hours. Friendly, efficient, in and out quickly. They're great.

He promised to get done in time. Did not!! Threatened to tear out all dry wall if he didn't get paid ....quality not great. He did reduce price $100 because of his delay

Extremely responsive (within hours!), which is rare. Addressed my concerns immediately and professionally. Explained in great detail the methods and process of repairing two different sheet rock repair needs. Gave me very helpful feedback on other pending projects. Smaller patches were PERFECT. Larger sheet rock ceiling replacement in a closet was not precisely perfect, understandably, but regardless, very well done. Brad is a true craftsman. While fee was robust, nevertheless, it was an outstanding value for the response time and quality of the work performed. I expect to do more business with Patch Perfect in the future.

The first impression we had was a very quick response to our request, which was much appreciated. Once Brad and John got here, they were very professional, and even agreed to do a couple of other small repairs that we had not gotten around to fixing. They worked quickly and were very friendly. Their quality of work is excellent, you couldn't even tell there were large holes there just a couple of hours ago! I would highly recommend them for your drywall patching needs.

Hired Patch Perfect Drywall and Repair to do my drywall. Brad came out and did some of the work but has not completed the work. He left in middle of job and was supposed to come back same day. Left at 10:30 saying he had to go pay a bill and would be right back. 2 hours later I texted him to ask where he was and he said he was on his way and was just around the corner. An hour after that he still had not come back. I have not seen him since.

Answered my request just as I finished writing it! Were able to get the job done same day. Friendly and thorough . Beautiful job done, cleaned up everything. Would recommend anytime!

I was completely shocked when the individuals (owner) within 5 minutes after showing him where the damaged ceiling and walls were and was quoted $500. I told him then that I thought that was kind of high? But I reluctantly agreed. As I was showing him the holes in the ceiling in the kitchen. he asked me if that was a chess pie, I said yes, he proceeded to ask me for a piece because his sugar was getting low. I handed him a plastic ware and a paper plate, he turned around and cut his own piece of pie, within a few more minutes, he asked for something to drink and I offered him a bottled water, he saw a Gatorade in the fridge and asked if he could have that. they were here for only 30 minutes. He asked me to go look over everything to see if it was alright. I went upstairs and closed the bonus room door and saw 3 additional holes that I didn't know were there. I asked him if he could patch those up too. he proceeded to tell me that he was sorry but he didn't have enough products. He saw that I wasn't happy. I told him his services were way too high for the amount of time they were here, don't you think? He hollers to his helper to see if there is more materials to do 3 more holes. he went to the truck and told the owner that they did have enough to repair the 3 small holes. He promised that he would clean up any messes that they make. There was drywall putty plastered on the bathroom mirror, drywall dust in various rooms. Although he was nice, I just flabbergasted at the requests for food and drink. No one has ever asked that who was hired to provide a service to our home ever.

I would like people to know he is an outstanding person and you can trust him, his loyalty and dependability He did a great job, and when he completed the job he cleaned up all of his work. He truly cared and listened to what I wanted. He went above and beyond what I expected.

Super fast, great work, and cleaned up the mess before they left!! Not to mention they were very polite and kind to us and our pups!! Worth every penny!! Highly recommend!!

they were very quick and professional. work was done , they cleaned up afterward. when we called they were here in a couple of hours, dry wall done . NO sanding, no mess. ready to paint within a couple of hours. we would recommend 'Patch Perfect" to others.( this was a dining room area in the kitchen.)
