Patch Pros Plus, LLC

I would definitely recommend hiring Patch Pros Plus! I had approximately 700 s.f. of the South Florida favorite, popcorn ceilings removed and then skim coated in plaster, primed and painted. The quality of the plaster work was excellent. Jose, the craftsman who did the work, was very skilled. Carolyn was great to work with over the phone in planning and discussing the project progress. All issues that came up were addressed and fussy favors I requested were honored. As an architect who has worked in interiors for 30 years, I would use them again!

Live in South Florida and had a lot of small drywall holes to be patched and finished off after some remodel projects by other contractors that destroyed parts of the drywall. They did a fantastic job and Jose did excellent work finishing off all of the small projects that added up to over a day of work given dry time for drywall and everything else. Jose and his team took exceptional pride in their work to finish the job and get it done right, you would never know know many holes we had in different sections of the house. Getting a contractor to do this while living in a Condo down here with restrictions on working hours is not easy. The work Jose did Really looks great, my wife and I are really pleased. Carolyn up front does a good job of quoting projects and responding to issues. This is a contractor that stands behind their work and I would use them again. This was one of our best hires as a few others came in to look at the work and given we live in a high rise in downtown Fort Lauderdale they chose not to quote the job. Should we have a need for this type of work in the future we will certainly use them again.

A raccoon fell through my ceiling and Patch Pros Plus came out only a couple days later to fix the hole. Great turn around and great people!

What a transformation!! Ron was awesome to work with! Great communication. We couldnâ t be happier with the work. It was a difficult job, the main reason we didnâ t do the work ourselves, with high ceilings, exposed pipes and beams. The job started on time, took a bit longer due to weather. Clean up was great. His price was Very fair. Job well done! Would highly recommend.

Patch Pros did a great job. Our place needed a lot of patching; painting; and love. They called immediately after my inquiry; came exactly on time for estimates; answered questions and e-mails promptly; and made every effort to make me happy. After hearing many horror stories about other contractors, they were a breath of fresh air!

Patch Pros contacted me a short time after I inquired about them on Angie's List and it was even on a Sunday morning. They gave me an estimate for the patch job I needed done within 2 to 3 days. They scheduled my job just a short time after and we agreed on a price I could afford. The plasterer who did the job was really profession, timely and very neat.

I was impressed by prior customersâ positive reviews of Patch Pros work so i included them with another painting contractor when I solicited bids. Ron responded promptly, clearly knew his business and was positive his workmen could handle the wall work I needed done (removing headers from two showers and patching the ceiling, plus repairs to a few corner beads and fixing cracking and nail pops in several rooms) and then painting all the ceilings and a high walled stairwell. Patch Prosâ quote was received within a few days of the initial discussion, and it was very fair. In fact, the other vendorâ s quote was considerably higher for a much smaller scope of work. Both the wall repair man and the painter were affable, clean, efficient and meticulous in discharging their work in quick fashion. I would certainly recommend Patch Pros Plus.

Sergio was the supervisor on our job. It was far more than just painting. We had popcorn ceilings removed, wall and ceiling repairs, and the entire house painted. Sergio is a true artist. He listened to all of our requests and questions and did everything perfectly. Definitely worth the money. They could have covered our cabinets, floors, and closets a bit better to avoid the massive amount of dust. Overall we were so pleased. The overall product is just beautiful.

Bob Painter who was my painter did a fantastic job on my kitchen cabinets and my bathroom vanity. Took 5 days which was amazing! I couldnâ t have done this on my own. Iâ m so happy Patch Pros. gave me a guy who knew exactly what his job was and worked above and beyond. He also had a wonderful disposition. I would definitely hire Patch Pros again for any home improvement job! Thanks again Bob!!!!

The company did not complete the work as contracted. I contacted them for a significant painting job at a shore home so I was not there to supervise. Bottom line, they invoiced for a completed job and basic items like trim and woodwork were untouched. After three follow-ups the job was still incomplete (after the owner indicated it was done). I am left with doing myself or contracting someone else. Buyer beware.

We had a great experience with Patch Pros Plus. Our kind and skilled repair man, George (Hope I'm remembering his name correctly!), did a great job for us. We had a bad leak from our master bathroom into the kitchen ceiling in early December. Our plumber repaired the leak and we decided to wait until after the holidays to look for a contractor to fix the big hole in our kitchen ceiling. Honestly, we contacted a couple of contractors who did not respond to our requests for help before using homeadvisor.com and finding Patch Pros Plus. I read their reviews and contacted them. Marcello, the construction supervisor, responded the same day. He said, "This is what we do." I got a good vibe from him and knew Patch Pros Plus was trustworthy and experienced at the job the we needed performed. Marcello said it would be a 2 day job and that's exactly what it was. Their price was competitive and fair. We definitely got our money's worth and my kitchen ceiling looks like new. THANK YOU homeadvisor.com and Patch Pros Plus! Jorge put in a full day every day. He did an Outstanding job skim coating my ceiling, repairing cracks in plaster and patching the sheet rock near a window. Nice paint job, too. He was very polite and I particularly appreciated how he respected my home. He put plastic on all the floors & cleaned up every evening. Very happy.

Jim was very professional and efficient. He did my project quick and fast but with quality of workmanship. He kept my pink carpet protected and clean from debris / dirt. Time management was excellent. I got a confirmation of his arrival time and kept me informed the next step of the project.

Requested a quote for water damage to my ceilings and wall from the unit above me In North Wildwood . In a day or two I got an estimate, awarded them the job, job completed in a timely manner and at a good price. Very satisfied.

I requested a price to paint the entire interior of my condo. They estimated the project in a few days which was a good response time. The project was awarded and scheduled. The crew did an excellent job. Once complete I did a walk-thru and created a punch list of items outstanding. This punch list was minor and they finished up everything the next day. I would highly recommend this company.
