I seriously cannot say enough good things about Patchogue Heating & Cooling. Andrew, the owner, and Lee and Ben were phenomenal. What started as a leaky valve somehow turned into a week-long saga that ultimately ended with us needing to replace our indirect hot water heater. But what impressed me most was that they did NOT immediately jump to the biggest, most expensive solution. Lee and Ben spent hours at my house over the course of the week troubleshooting, testing things, replacing parts, and genuinely trying everything they could to solve the problem before we got to that point. Andrew was incredibly involved the entire time. He was always available via text or the phone and personally came to the house multiple times to oversee what was going on, troubleshoot with them, and make sure we were getting to the bottom of it. They were incredibly communicative throughout the entire process. They explained what they were seeing, what they thought was happening, what they wanted to try next, and why. I never felt like I was being sold something or rushed into an expensive repair. By the time we determined the tank needed to be replaced, I knew it was because they had truly exhausted every reasonable alternative. Having no reliable hot water and a mystery leak for a week absolutely sucks, but these guys made a really frustrating situation SO much easier. They went way above and beyond for us, and it was obvious that they actually cared about solving the problem and doing right by us. I would recommend Patchogue Heating & Cooling to anyone without hesitation. Five stars, completely earned.

My experience was excellent. The guys came at the scheduled time, quickly diagnosed my system issue, and fixed my problem efficiently while communicating with me the whole time about what was happening. I can’t recommend them highly enough!

The guys that came were very nice and cleaned the heck out of my burner and outside AC unit.. They did a great job.. I will be having them come 2x a year to clean my unit
