William Pate and Pate Homes LLC has done 2 bathroom remodels and a total kitchen/laundry remodel for us. His work is always top notch, professionally done and very reasonably priced. He pays attention to the small details that most overlook. He meets his timeline and keeps you abreast of the progress. WILLIAM PATE LLC OF WOODBURY, KISSIMMEE FLORIDA IS VERY CUNNING! HE IS THIRSTY FOR MONEY HE TOOK MY MONEY AND DID NOT FINISH THE WORK HIS WORKMANSHIP IS VERY POOR HE WANTS YOU TO PAY BRFORE HE DOES ANY WORK. DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN HE CANCELS YOUR PERMITS WHEN HE DO NOT HAVE HIS WAY! HE IS FRIENDS WITH THE COUNTY OFFICIALS AND ALSO HAVE ACCOUNT WITH THE BBB SO WHENEVER A COMPLAINT IS FILED AGAINST HIM THE COMPLAINT IS RULED IN HIS FAVOR. HE ALSO USES GOD AS A CROTCH BY TELLING YOU HE IS A DEACON IN HIS CHURCH YOU ALL AFTER TAKING ALL MY MONEY HE LEFT A LOT OF THINGS UNDONE I HAD TO GIVE THE MONEY UP FRONT OR ELSE HE SHUTS THE WORK DOWN! BEWARE HE IS A WOLF IN SHEEP CLOTHING AND A CROOK WITHOUT A HEART WHAT A BAD MAN!!! IT IS SO MUCH MORE TO SAY BUT WHENEVER I THINK ANOUT WHAT I ENDURED WITH WILLIAM PATE I FEEL SICK HE RIPPED US OFF!
