Mr. Tate was courteous, timely and steady working. We were pleased with the cleaning performed on the major areas but somewhat disappointed with the "partial" removal of stains on our staircase carpet. That is the area that naturally receives the majority of wear since it leads from our parking area into the house. It's quite possible it's beyond restoring to the original clean look, so we don't fault the quality of service... just disappointed in the result.
