Carpentry Framing - Repair

I hired them to replace the entire door frame. He just replaced the outside part and painted over the problem. stuff he had no business painting including metal parts that would require a special paint. And the pint job was the sloppiest I ever seen in my life including spatter on the wood deck and drip marks EVERYWHERE. The WORST job done I EVER hired someone for.

Charged me for fabric samples, they weren't supposed too if I brought them back by a certain day, which I did.
