We thought the service from start to finish was excellent,however we did have concerns with other peopleâ s reviews which we brought up to Frank the owner. He assured us they did their best to resolve the matter and it was related to late shipments from suppliers. We also promised frank that we would give him a positive review if all went well, therefore we decided to post this review. Everything was on time and Frank called us frequently for updates. The work was scheduled and carried out well.

Fabric Awning or Patio Cover Installation and Replacement
It took a week or so longer for the awning to arrive than I was advised when I placed the order. Also, there was a mix-up on the installation day and had to wait 3 more days before my schedule and the installer's worked out. Otherwise, both the salesman and installer were very knowledgeable about the awning.

Frank and his team were awesome! They installed my retractable SunSetter Awning within a few days of hiring them because I picked something he had in stock. And Troy came back out promptly to adjust it when I called. I am very happy and would highly recommend them.
