Patino Contracting

Patino Contractors did an excellent job repairing my ceiling in my master bedroom from water damage that occurred. The team was prompt, friendly and professional. The prep work that they do before beginning their actual work is outstanding and very much appreciative. They also do an amazing job with cleaning up behind themselves. I would definitely hire Patino Contracting again!!

I called Mr. Patino after finding a fist-sized hole in my roof under the porch due to their shoddy workmanship. It was running down the wall and into my laundry room flooding my laundry room. I naturally went up on the roof and put a tarp up to keep my laundry room from flooding and my walls from collecting mold. Then, Mr. Patino came and looked at the damage and proclaimed his company did not do that work, to which I told him his company was the only company that worked on my roof. Then he tried to weasel out of it saying his contract was only good for 10 years. I pulled my contract out and it said the warranty (labor and materials) was a 15-year warranty. After I sent him photocopies of the warranty, which stated 15 years, he proclaimed the warranty was void because I put a tarp up and put nails in the roof to hold the tarp down. I plan to call Monica with channel 5 News in hopes of getting this resolved without having to get lawyers involved, but I can see that I am not getting any callbacks from Mr. Patino, so it looks like I am going to have to take legal action.

My wife and I cannot say enough good things about Patino and his team. It's refreshing to hire a contractor who takes pride in his work and wants to make sure you are satisfied with the end result. We had an existing home which we wanted renovated from top to bottom. The work of Patino and his team is OUTSTANDING. You can have 100% confidence that the work they complete will be top quality. And if anything is wrong, they will make it right. We have been around Patino and his team throughout the project. You'll never hire a more positive crew. Patino's crew never acted stressed or annoyed - not once. All of their energy went toward their tasks and doing the very best work. They're all extremely polite, organized, prompt, always clean up, never cut corners, focus on quality, hard working, and they don't leave until the work is done. Patino is very reasonable. As long as his company is in business and in the area, we will call on him for all of our home projects.

Workers did not do quality work flooring was installed unprofessional replaced my island my old island of 23 years old looks better than my new island Herculano bought a used counter top for my island I asked for beadboard to be installed around my island they used plywood installed 2 outlets that were in old island not centered one is upside down I was supposed to get shoe molding that matched my flooring instead I got white when I told workers they told me Herculano said it was too expensive I am paying for quality work but got low grade and unprofessional services When I asked him about it he said I wanted to complain it was BS and not like I lived in a mansion very unprofessional my washing machine lid was cracked a storage unit in my granddaughters room was damaged by water walls in laundry room damaged my deck had just been freshly painted they drug saws generators on it had to be painted again I was told he would replace damaged items I had a island I had to pay someone to finish replace items that were damaged have not heard back from him DO NOT HIRE THIS CONTRACTOR it was a nightmare

Was very pleased with the whole team. From the time I was first contacted for a quote until completion of the job. Always showed up when they said they would and got right to work. I plan on having them replace my deck.

The work on the roof was done well. We had the entire roof replaced, but they left nails and such in the common area and parking area (not good for tires). We also had the bathroom walls and ceiling fixed from damage from the roof leak. I have not contacted the company but will be contacting them back, the paint is peeling again in the damaged area as well as other areas. I am not sure if they did not use the proper paint, but it needs to be fixed.

Patino was quick to respond, even though the voice-mail box was full. They did exactly what they said and were quick to get in and get the job started and completed.

Great job replacing roof. I would definitely recommend them.

If I could give Patino Contracting 7 stars I would. They replaced my entire roof on my house & garage in 1 day. They exceeded all my expectation. I will definitely recommend them.

Cleaned up reasonably well, would suggest they blow off driveways and porch areas where granules fell from the roof.

Patino is very fast in returning your call, e-mail or answers to questions you have. He has very fair pricing, he was the best out of several quotes for roof replacement. He was very professional and easy to talk to as well as his workers who take pride in their work. He replaced our roof after storm damage along with a storm door and 2 skylights also the removal and covering of one skylight. The work was clean and he even finished the look of the skylights inside the house as well. We are very pleased with the work and plan on hiring his business again in the future.

We have worked with Patino in the past so we knew he did good work. After multiple estimates for roof replacements, he had the best price for comparable materials. Patino answered phone calls and emails quickly. The work was done well and the clean up was done well too. Minimal accidental lighting damage occurred but Patino made sure it was taken care of immediately and to our liking. Overall, it was a smooth project with a beautiful new roof.

I contacted Patino Contracting about my issue and his men came out and repaired and fixed the problem, the same day. They perfectly matched to original paint, and their finished product was excellent. I highly recommend them.

Mr Patino calls back promtly. comes in time. If any delay he calls and makes apologies with new time frame. His estimates are fare. His workers are polite and did the job
