I paid this company a $15000 deposit in August to get me on their schedule for a deck addition, railing replacement, and patio cover. They still have not performed the work after nearly 11 weeks!!!!! They have not communicated any delays with me until I reached out (multiple times). They informed me that it would be another 7 weeks (which makes it Christmas week....lol, yeah right). I requested a refund of my $15k deposit, and Cody Adamson (Owner) stated that they no longer have my $15k to refund me. I have submitted a complaint with the AG and BBB and hoping to receive full resolution ASAP, or I will be hiring an attorney and filing civil and criminal charges...stay away, you do not want this headache!!
