We paid a pretty penny but the outcome is beautiful. The team who put it all together went above and beyond to make it right. They took there time and were meticulous with each step. They removed the old greenhouse and put up a superior unit with a rain gutter which you can't even see. We'll never need to replace this greenhouse. We are grateful. The people were so nice. We felt like friends by the end of the project

Their communication is a huge problem throughout the company. The product is amazing, but the communication from start to finish is very bad. In our particular local office the communication and follow thru problem is what we are extraordinarily disappointed with. We have asked for the same 9 items to be resolved for for 4 months. The installation should not take 6 months. The communication problems have caused issues that have made this project very far from what we had anticipated. We have reached out to them many times but they do not follow up with any action to correct problems/errors or to the project that began with the planning and design not having a clear picture of what we clearly did discuss upfront.

It has been almost 6 months, they have not been able to get plan approved by the county, no permits have been issued, I paid to have my property re surveyed, no work has even begun, there is no time table to when it will actually get started and be done.

The design is customized to personal needs and wishes. Very professional from sales to design, supervision, installation and clean-up! They were very considerate of our schedule. The insulated glass they offer is excellent! We highly recommend Patio Enclosures - also known as Great Day Improvements - to build a 4 season sunroom, adding good living space and increasing home value! The all glass area is spectacular! The large sliding windows open for ample screened area for fresh air and an even more open feeling.
