Your installation crew of Ricardo and T.J. were awesome to work with, and were very courteous as well as professional. They both were willing to take time and explain the process of the construction, and ask if we had any concerns or questions. Your office staff was courteous and we were able to communicate with them via e-mail and telephone. Thank you for a job well done, we are looking forward to many happy years enjoying our new deck roof.

I was very pleased with them! They answered questions or told me when they didn't know answers and then they went and checked and gave me the answers they found. They also even thought to tell me some things which pre-empted some of my questions during the design and build process. The design consultant made a second trip out to show me the details of some hardware and gave me the fine points of why he would recommend each kind so I could make a better decision for myself. The work crew were very skilled, knowledgeable, polite, and communicative, and they obviously took great pride in their work.

It took one and a half years to get the fan in my solarium fixed. They would not return the $1,600.00 paid for the fan, the only option was to wait. They came to my house about 5 different times between we don't have a ladder tall enough, there was snow, ordered the wrong size, ordered the wrong color. I would never think of recommending them.

Cecelia, We are sorry you experienced issues with the replacement of your solarium vent fan. We apologize for ordering the wrong size or color. However, we recognized our mistake and had the correct fan ordered and installed. We believe your frustration to be with the electrician you hired to rewire the unit after we installed it. According to the job notes, your electrician wired the unit incorrectly. We sent an electrician out to your home to correct the error after we received a call from you months later that the fan was not operational.
