    The team that was contracted to do the work did a very good job. They had to deal with quality issues in the product though. One of the windows was missing the track wheels, which the team had to install with the spares they had with them. Another window was manufactured incorrectly, so the install team had to disassemble the window to remove the night lock hardware so the window could be used as is, while we wait for someone to come out and fix it. I feel like I?m being ignored though.
