Patio Enclosures - Raleigh

The product is good.  The installers are subcontractors.  Some of their subcontractors are very good and some are very bad.  We unfortunately had a very bad experience.  The 2 member installation team we had from RZG left our house after about 3 hours on the second day with the project not completed.  We were not home at the time. Patio Enclosures called us and told us the project was complete.  When my wife got home, she found 2 of the 4 doors would not close or latch, none of the doors would move smoothly on the tracks. There were metal shavings all over the floor and under the clear sealant/caulk they applied around the perimeter of the floor.  Many of the pieces were scratched.  The screens were loose and damaged in several places.  Two trim pieces had the paint scraped off and were down to bare metal.  The trim pieces at the bottom were installed incorrectly and looked terrible. Owner of RZG told us we were partially to blame because we weren't home to monitor their work.

Alejandro and his team were absolutely brilliant. They did an amazing job enclosing our patio, very professionally made and set up. Everything works perfectly and they completed the whole thing in a single day! Definitely recommend 10/10

We would definitely recommend patio enclosures. They built our sunroom / 3-seasons room this summer and it was a great experience througout the process. Everett was very responsive throughout the build process and also was the entire team. You get to see the 3D design & alter during the sales process itself and get the quote right away. There were transparent communication throughout and clean followthrough even when there were minor hiccups. We are happy with the final build.
