The project was top notch. Not only did they consistently show up on time, but they cleaned up everyday leaving the yard in a usable state. They explained each step of the construction process and the standards that they are expected to comply with. They made minor adjustments as I requested. The end product looks fantastic !!! We have signed an agreement to complete this project, but it will not be started for 10 To 12 weeks due to a backlog of projects that were rain delayed. So far the customer service aspect has been well handled. We have been pleased with the follow up by the salesman since the initial meeting.

The patio is very nice and enjoyable. I only wish that I could have had it larger to fit the entire patio slab. Both sales reps were very nice and the decision to go with Pation Enclosures was due to the 15 year warranty.
