This company by far is the worst company I have ever done business with there is no sense in signing a contract with them because all they do is lie they cannot complete the work on time. They lied about the scope of work. They sub the work out to untrained contractors are so-called contractors and above all they violated the contract by getting the money from the finance company a year before the work was completed leaving us to be paying for the work for months before it was ever finished now I have tried for over a year to call them on a daily basis with no response. I?ve even called their corporate office no response showing me they don?t care whatsoever about their customers in the St. Louis area. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and have every intention on filing complaints with the Attorney General?s office, asking them to look into their fraudulent practices, especially concerning financing warning stay away from this company.

I have had a lot of work done, remodel, and repair on my home. Patio Enclosures delivers. They wrote a clear estimate, said what all the work entailed and finished the job ahead of time! If there was a problem, they problem-solved quickly. They made me feel as though mine was the only job they were working on. Bruce, Elizabeth, Shawn, and Jerry, all did an excellent job. I highly recommend them.

Todd, the sales rep for patio enclosures was very polite and not a pushy rep. He gave us pictures of what our enclosure would look like on the computer. We liked what he suggested for our space and therefore we bought the sunroom . I would highly recommend Todd at patio enclosure to do give you an estimate of your dream patio enclosure.
