Patio Sun Control was great when they sold me my awning several years ago, but I have left them several messages over the last two months, on what seems to be a functioning phone number, and sent a message via Servicemagic. I have still not heard back from them. Are they still in business? If not, you should remove them from your website as a reference.

The service and install was great, but when the wind blows, the awning makes a lot of noise! I've tried calling the company approx. 15 times and no one will return my call. I was hoping they might be able to something about the noise. I was just hoping to ask! 'm extremely disappointed with the customer service since the install. Not sure what's going on, but it's very disappointing to me!

Project turned out great. Awnings look wonderful. I had a problem with the material several months after the awnings were installed, they came out to see what the problem was, and fixed it. No complaints.

The rep. who came to the house was extremely helpful, had a wide selection of colors and, in fact, chose the color for me. I am extremely pleased with the end result. The installers were polite and efficient worked around a very large cactus under the window without incident.
