We had 2 projects completed the first was installing 2 awnings which was done within a couple of months and look great. They failed to install wind sensors and had to come back to do that. The second project was converting a screen porch into a 4 season room. The first project manager assigned was not particularly responsive or helpful and unfortunately it took 13 months for the work to begin but once it did Brian M, Bert and Connor B did a great job! Work done timely and well.

The Three Individuals that came to install the patio enclosure were very professional. Brian M., Connor B. And Bert started and completed the job in less than 2 days . I expected it to take at least a week. Nothing but top quality materials and knowledge of the workers a huge plus in dealing with this company.( Patio Systems) I would highly recommend them ..!!!!!

Jay and Mike were awesome turning our screened patio into a 3 season room. They're work quality was outstanding and they worked overtime to complete the work a day earlier for us. The only struggle was how long we had to wait to get started. Covid supply chain shortages and strong demand delayed us quite a bit. But that's probably true regardless who you hire. The friendly and helpful installation crew was worth the wait.

Patio Systems Inc has transformed my existing screened in porch to a 3 season room using the WeatherMaster window system. The vertical 4-track vinyl window system is stylish and energy efficient. The job was managed well from start to finish at every phase of the project-from design, production and installation. I was very impressed with the end result. Jay & Mike, the installers, did an outstanding job. They were personable, courteous, professional, very knowledgeable, detail-oriented and took extra steps to make sure the job was done correctly. They worked hard in a very windy and cold environment. They also explained and demonstrated how to use and maintain my new windows. It says a lot about their workmanship and pride in their job. I highly recommend Patio Systems Inc and their installers, Jay & Mike, for their excellent work and attention to detail.

The installers were out standing, they have pride in their work. Did a great job , specialty in the details and knowledge of the product, start to finish they all were journeymen in their trade. Shawn, Ray & Quin installed our awning. Well priced, efficient and quick service install. They checked to make sure everything worked and cleaned up before leaving. Now awaiting electrician to install direct power.

They were very professional. They installed our awning with a sensor for wind. They also installed the plastic protection for our screened in porch and blinds that are put up and down with remote. They are always available and when there is a concern there is no hesitation whatsoever to respond. We are very pleased with their work. Very professional land efficient. Can't wait to contact them in the future for more work. :)

They were quick and efficient. I Still need to get them back to adjust the wind sensor. It often closes when there is no wind and bounces like it should at othre times. But it looks fantastic.

The hardest part of having Patio System install my pergola was waiting to get the approval from the HOA. They had a million questions but they were all answered. We absolutely love the pergola and the workmanship. The crew they sent was perfect. I would highly recommend them.

We have had some issues since our installation about 6 months ago. They have been very prompt with a response and sending a service person out to our property. We have dealt with Henry on a few occasions. He is knowledgeable, customer focused, prompt, addressed all of our concerns in a professional manner. Cuddles!! Great employee to have on board. I would highly recommend him for any service work he has done for us. Excellent company to do business with, we have recommended them to several of our neighbors who have also had a sunroom installed.
