Overall we're satisfied with the final product though it wasn't quite according to original plan and took much longer than estimated. Salesman and installer need to coordinate better. You can't promise things that the installer can't execute - and you need to tell them what you promised the customer so they are not suprised when they show up to do the job! Workers did not show up with necessary equipment for the job and needed to make three trips to Home Depot. It's been two weeks and I am still waiting for the final bill!
