Flat, Foam or Single Ply Roofing Repair
Last November I contacted Patrict Burke about getting my roof repaired from all the leaks. He did the work and gave me a 1 yr warranty on the receipt. Over the summer I noticed spots in the same places getting moist and this continued to grow so I contacted him and found out he doesn't not answer the phone nor does he return phone calls. I paid $1200 for this repair with a so called warranty that is useless. I would recommend him and I would that Service Magic removes him from their list of contractors.
