Being a single female completely ignorant of the workings of a water heater, I was quite panicked when mine started leaking, flooding my carpet. Matt Patrick returned my phone call within minutes and guided me through safely turnng everythng off. He was there the next morning and continued to be patient, punctual, and very helpful throughout this inconvenient experience. He and his partner were aimable and efficeint, and gave me no cause for concern.

Mr. Patrick had to cancel one appointment because emergencies for contract customers conflicted with my appointment....good for him! When he did come to my house, he examined all the plumbing, in order to arrive at an estimate for an instant hot water system. He found that my existing hot water tank was plumbed incorrectly and told me he recommended correcting the problem and THEN I should re-assess the need for the system I had thought I wanted. Bottom line...professional, pleasant...and not seeking money for money's sake!

Patrick Heating & Cooling provided top-rate service. I put a service call in and within 20 minutes they called and within 30 minutes after that were at my doorstep. They explained everything that was wrong and needed to be fixed. They came back the next morning with all the materials needed and fixed the issue. They did a great job! Keep the area clean and was very concerned with finishing the job before it got to late. I would and have already recommended them. They did an awesome job!!!

He called me within 1 minute of my sending in the request. He was willing to come out the same night but we agreed to have him come out the next day. He called before he came and I asked and he was on time. He completed the work within an hour and explained to me everything he did. He gave me a quote on a new system and explained to me what I needed and why I needed. He was very patient and respectful. The best part is that my home has never been so warm the entire time I have owned my home which is over 15 years. I am extremely pleased and will work with him in the future.

The entire experience was very enjoyable. Before they came out, I made some comp calls, and their service is extremely competitive with other providers. While they were at my house, they were very professional and helpful and explained the entire process very thouroughly.

I was very impressed with Mr. Patrick. He came out on a Sunday when our air conditioning had gone out and arrived only 30 minutes after we submitted our request for service on the ServiceMagic website. He was courteous and professional and quickly solved the problem and got our air conditioning running again. I highly recommend him.

Matthew took the time to explain to me what was causing my AC system not to cool properly and what I could do to help prevent other problems in the future. He very polite and professional. I will definatley use him again if the need arises.
